A Look Around Bath

Last weekend, my parents and I visited Bath since it was Easter and they had some extra time off. I had never been to Bath before so I really wanted to see it. It's a beautiful, historical city and the whole place is a World Heritage Site.

The Circus, designed by John Wood the Elder and finished by his son John Wood the Younger after he died. It was completed in 1768.

The front of someone's house. I wanted to get a better picture but then the owner walked out so I ran away.

The Royal Crescent, designed by John Wood (the younger one) and built in 1774.

Bath Abbey

A chandelier I want for my room.

Pulteney Bridge and the River Avon

Shirt - UniQlo, Cardigan - BHS, Skirt - Topshop, Belt - Primark, Bag - Red Herring
So that was my brief trip to Bath. The queue for the Roman Baths were long so we gave that a miss but hopefully I can come back some time to see them. I definitely recommend visiting!

Silver Flower Nails

Here are my current, very simple nails. I used Barry M's Gelly polish in blueberry then used their Foil Effects in silver and a nail dotting pen to make the flowers. I have to say they look better in real life than the photo I took and I really like the colours together.

Also Happy Easter everyone!

Sort of Lazy Sunday

Shirt - Yesstyle (old), Skirt - H! By Henry Holland (old)

Hello everyone! I'm currently torn between not wanting to revise and feeling like I should or I will not do well, so I'm blogging instead! At least it feels kind of productive.
This is a look I wear if I'm feeling summery or spring...y? (that doesn't seem right). The pink shirt is covered in lace flowers so that's springy right there. The white skirt and small necklace keep things bright and simple. And springy. I'm gonna go now.

Black On Black

I decided to get myself a matte nail polish as a treat for finishing the semester (although I did buy it before the last day which I spent glued to the couch). I've wanted a matte black for a while because not only is it awesome, it looks great paired with shiny black. It's a subtle contrast but I like it.
